The care we take with your service starts with the way we run the studio. Please review the following before booking — it keeps our days calm and your experience seamless.

Consultations
All new clients are required to schedule a consultation prior to booking a first appointment. Consultations allow us to review your skin, medical history, expectations, and pricing in a private setting.

Deposits
A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total service price is required to secure your appointment on the calendar. Deposits are applied to your final service total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-call, no-shows will be required to pay for the missed service in full before booking again.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit, out of respect for other guests on the calendar.

Age & Medical Requirements
Clients must be 18 years or older for all permanent makeup and injectable services. Please disclose all medications, allergies, and medical conditions during your consultation. Some services are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Touch-ups
Permanent makeup services often require a touch-up 6 – 10 weeks after the initial appointment to ensure the best result. Touch-ups are billed separately and are essential to the process.

Refunds
Due to the customized nature of all services, deposits and service payments are non-refundable. We are committed to working with every client to achieve a result they love.

Right to Refuse Service
Dose & Dash reserves the right to refuse service to any client whose expectations, medical history, or conduct are outside the scope of what we can safely and professionally provide.
